Plastics
Our mechanics skills facilitate the development and the realization of injection moulds in brass and steel. We have the following technologies:
- Injection: in-house developed machinery and standard technology.
- Turning, milling, polishing : development of our own machines that finish the parts according to the different dimensional characteristics.
Our clients also benefit from our experience in shaping and manufacturing innovative materials such as biodegradable or with appropriate characteristics suited to their activity.
Mineral Glass
After a meticulous cut of slices, we grind the diameter of the part according to the requested dimensions. Heat treatment and washing come next.
Sapphire
Our technology allows for diameter grinding, bevels machining and the complete polishing of faces for round and flat forms. We can also perform drill.
Flanges and tension rings
A specific know-how in turning and galvanoplasty guarantees a flanges and tension rings manufacturing, corresponding to the various specific or standard models of watch glasses. We assure the assembly as well.
